Manolayam Health Care Trust is dedicated to uplifting the lives of the most vulnerable in Needamangalam block, Thiruvarur district. Our services focus on socio-economic empowerment and peaceful living for women, children, the physically challenged, mentally retarded, and elderly.
We provide comprehensive relief and rehabilitation services, including special education, early intervention, community-based support, and assistive device distribution. By empowering individuals and providing access to government benefits, we strive to improve their quality of life.

> Under Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Breakfast Scheme, providing daily breakfast to 5 government primary school for 350 students classes 1 to 5,
> The environmental awareness campaign on Polythene Awareness created awareness among 4000 families and now adopting eco-friendly bags,
> The Free Tuition for Children benefited 450 students in classes 4 to 8,
> The Road Safety Program reaches 10,000 public and help to reduce the risk of road accidents.

The organization is governed by a 7-member Board of Trustees elected every two years by the General Body. It employs 3 administrative staff and 43 program staff to implement various projects. Additionally, 30 dedicated volunteers support the organization's initiatives.
